Peavine Plans for 2009

The Nevada Conservation Corps is returning the beginning of April to work on the next 3 miles of the Halo Trail. We will be scheduling a couple weekend work days to help finish and buff out the trail.
Other events to look out for are:
- N-trail Improvements
- Signage and marking of the Keystone Canyon Recreation Area, a Non-Motorized zone around Keystone Canyon and RSF Park.
- The Keep Truckee Meadows Beatiful (KTMB) Clean Up – Saturday May 9
- Regional Trails Training hosted by the Tahoe Rim Trail Association at Galena Park – May 16-18.
- National Trails Day – June 6
We appreciate every ones volunteer help last year. Please consider a small donation this year to help our cause for more and better Peavine trails.
We look forward to seeing you out on the trail again this spring.

You’ve probably already been informed, but just in case – the date for the KTMB clean-up is May 9, not May 10. Hopefully I’ll see you there.
